We only accept the return of products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship, if our staff errors in the fulfillment of incorrect products, or if your order is damaged in shipment. We only accept the returns that are unused, in original packaging with tags attached in the same condition as it was shipped to you. As soon as we receive the return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if applicable). If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment by applying the original invoice value of your purchase less the cost of shipping and handling. Check with your bank for refund information; it can take some time before it is officially posted.
